We're a small business! So, we process our orders weekly on Saturday mornings. (We aren't Amazon) If you need something sooner, shoot us a note and we will work on trying to accomodate you!
We use standard Shipping rates through the USPS.
The customer is responsible for choosing the correct sizing and if a piece needs to be exchanged the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved. The Sitting Club will happily replace any item that arrives with a defect such as rips, discolorations, misprints etc. and will be responsible for all shipping costs involved.
